Warranty Program SVA's Warranty is a responsive and worry-free replacement program. Its purpose is to provide our most important partners and customers, with the best service and support. Under our warranty, we will repair or replace a defective LCD monitor, LCD television, or Plasma television within our warranty covered period. Please see individual warranty sections for details. STEP 1: Contact Technical Support If you're eligible under the terms stated above, please call our technical support department at 1-909-230-9509, and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.
STEP 2: Troubleshooting and Direct Assistance A trained representative will attempt to trouble shoot the problem by implementing common set-up and adjustment procedures. If a remedy is not discovered, a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued.
STEP 3: RMA Information To receive a replacement unit you must provide the following information: 1. Proof of purchase, Store Receipt 2. Contact Name and Shipping Address 3. Credit card number 4. Product Model Number(s) 5. Serial Number(s) 6. Brief description of the problem
STEP 4: RMA Processing A representative will review the submitted information and determine your RMA eligibility. If you are eligible, SVA will issue an RMA number and the following will occur: 1. Return the defective unit in the same packaging and accesssories that came with the unit, making sure the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of the box. SVA will not be responsible for any damages incurred on its way to our facilities. 2. If eligible, the replacement product is sent via "Ground" shipment free of charge. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Delivery will take 3 to 5 business days, depending on delivery location and any unforeseen delays. 3. DOA Products If, for any reason, you receive a product that is DOA, please contact a customer service representative immediatly to determine your eligibility for a replacement. For any questions regarding SVA's Warranty Program or DOA replacement eligibility, please call us at 1-909-230-9509.
SVA Product Warranty All SVA LCD Monitors, LCD Televisions, and Plasma display products are covered by our Warranty Program. LCD Monitors come with a 1 year parts/labor limited warranty. LCD Televisions and Plasma Televisions also come with a 1 year parts/labor limited warranty. The Warranty covers only the continental United States.
